  • Phase I

    Step one to your recovery is completing our Phase I breathing program that is 4-weeks long and contains two breathing exercises per day. After completion, move on to Phase II.

  • Phase II

    Start Phase II after you’ve completed Phase I. This is a 12-week program that incorporates advanced breathing exercises starting at week 7 of the program.

  • Phase III

    Start Phase III after completing Phase II. This is an 8-week program and is our most advanced COVID recovery program. Plan to spend around 30 minutes a day on your breathing.

  • Maintenance Phase

    Start this program after you’ve completed Phase III and want to continue with your daily breathing exercises. This is a 4-week program that can be redone as necessary.

  • Stress Management Program

    A 4-week program that uses breathwork and cold exposure to adapt you to stressful environments. Used by athletes and military operators to train them to be more resilient. *We recommend not using this program if you’re suffering from breathing-related disorders like shortness of breath or air hunger.

  • Cold Exposure Program

    A cold exposure program that incorporates breathing into it. Perfect for members who have already completed our Stress Management Program.

  • Co2 Tolerance Program

    Build your Co2 tolerance to become more resilient, increase athletic performance, and increase your breath-hold time.
